Clipartorama Licensing Policy:

You are allowed to use Clipartorama content to create new compositions that must be used under the following terms:

• You can export your compositions into any of the graphic formats provided by Clipartorama and use them in your commercial and non commercial projects as long as you don’t resell, give away, or redistribute in any way, our hand drawn clipart  or the compositions created by using our clipart in any downloadable or digital media.

• You are allowed to sell or redistribute those compositions in any machine embroidery format, only the digitized version, not the source artwork.

• You are allowed to use your compositions in any tangible product for personal or commercial use, to sell or to give away, as long as they are not distributed in any downloadable or digital media. If you want to sell or share what you create you must print it first. All products must include "artwork © www.clipartopolis.com". This may be on the actual product itself, or on a small tag included with the product. You do not own the rights to any of the graphics and can not grant or resell privileges to others.

• You must always include a credit to us by using the following phrase and link, "artwork © www.clipartopolis.com" wherever you show or display the embroidery designs, compositions or products created using our clipart.

• You are not allowed to resell, give away or redistribute our clipart or the compositions created with our clipart in any way that would compete with www.clipartopolis.com or damage its business model in any form

• You must email me with the name and nature of your usage, as well as your site url or ebay account, if applicable. If in doubt, please contact me beforehand.

We are mainly concerned that you help us protect our graphics from rip-offs. It is in our and your interest that you do everything possible to avoid that others rip off our graphics from your items.

You are not permitted to...

… sell or share our graphics in downloadable or digital form of any kind.
… claim ownership to our original artwork in whole or in part.
... sell digitized designs to be resold yet again by other websites as embroidery designs.
... use any of the Content in projects that are related to identifiable individuals or entities for any commercial or non commercial purpose or in a manner which implies their endorsement or association.
... create obscene or scandalous works, as defined by the Federal Government at the time the work is created, using the Content or any modification of the Content
... use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download content.

Once you have received your username and password to the subscription section of Clipartorama, there are no refunds for membership fees. You are not allowed to share username and password with any other person.

It is your responsibility to maintain a working knowledge of these rules and Clipartopolis.com terms of use, as they may change from time to time.

Violation of these rules or my terms of use may result in revocation of your Clipartorama subscription with no refund of fees paid.

Refund Policy

Due to the electronic nature of the product and the possibility to be easily reproduced, refunds are not offered. If you have any kind of problem to download any clipack or add-on set or receive a damage file, contact us immediately and we will send it to you again ASAP.

We do not regularly review the contents of materials created or posted by our customers or other visitors to our site. We strongly recommend not to post or otherwise distribute any of the following types of content, whether you obtained it from Clipartopolis, Clipartorama or other source(s); to do so could involve you in litigation, for which we in no way would be responsible.

1. Material of a lewd, lecherous, or obscene nature and intent, or that violates local, state, and national laws.

2. Any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the proprietary rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights; if you don't own the copyright or have express authorization and documented permission to use it, don't use it. 3. Any material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable; this includes the posting of other people's private information.

4. Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities -- specifically hacking or cracking,

5. Any software, information, or other material that contains a virus, "Trojan Horse," "worm," corrupted data, or any other harmful or damaging component; hate propaganda or hate mongering; or fraudulent material or activity.
